Welcome to Faircloud

The Faircloud HOA has received numerous complaints regarding children and teenagers riding motorized bicycles, dirt bikes, ATVs, golf carts, motorized scooters and other motorized vehicles on Faircloud sidewalks and in the Faircloud park, trails and common areas.  City of Edmond ordinances prohibit any type of motorized bicycle or vehicle on sidewalks (Ordinance 10.28.120), in parks (Ordinance 10.88.010) and any shared-use paths and trails (Ordinance 10.60.040).  The City of Edmond also prohibits golf carts and ATVs on any public roads, streets or sidewalks (Ordinance 10.62.040).

This presents an unsafe and dangerous situation for our homeowners and their family members, who are enjoying use of our neighborhood.  We have asked the Edmond Police to patrol our neighborhood to help prevent this activity.

Thank you to those who were able to attend yesterday’s Annual HOA Meeting. Also, thank you to those who submitted PROXIES if you were unable to attend. This combined effort enabled us to achieve the quorum needed to elect two new board members and conduct future business.
